Product Care

Our products are handled with utmost care and meticulous attention to detail. For your convenience, we recommend following our simple guide on how to take care of your items: 

* Use the most delicate option for your washer or opt for hand washing the item to avoid damaging the material. Do note that hand washing is preferred over machine-washing. Kindly use gentle detergent for silk and satin pieces. We also recommend dry cleaning to preserve your clothes better and avoid shrinkage or any damage.

* Do not wring or twist the item to avoid misshaping the fabric. Iron using a light setting without steam.

For Pleated Items:

* Pleated dresses can only be dry cleaned or hand-washed.

* Only use steamer or hang dry pieces with pleats.

PRET-A-PORTER & PRE-ORDERED ITEMS

Apogée de Taj’s products purchased can be returned and exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date when accompanied by the proof of sale. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

BESPOKE CREATIONS

Any custom piece that does not fit properly but accurately applies to the proportions provided by the client in this form cannot be returned or exchanged unless the brand is responsible for any errors. Otherwise, additional fees for alterations and modifications will apply. Two fittings are allowable for certain pieces. Please note that private appointments are only relevant to designs that would need fittings. The brand is not liable to any changes with the scheduled production time should there be delays in the sending of the measurements by the client. The usual lead time for custom pieces can be up to 4 weeks until shipment. For urgent orders or more details, please reach out to our team.

Custom items that have been fitted and turned over are chargeable for any additional alterations or modifications requested by the client.

The usual lead time for custom pieces is 2-4 weeks until shipment.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIME

RTW pieces on backorder can take 2-3 weeks from the date settled by the customer. Custom pieces can take up to 4 weeks unless rushed or needed on a particular date. 

Rush orders are charged a standard fee of Php900-Php1,000. Rush fees are subject to change depending on the current circumstances. 

Please note that production schedules change depending on the settlement date and the date of which measurements and designs have been finalised. The brand is not liable to any delays should the client fail to provide the measurements early on.

PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is required for orders below Php30,000. 

50% downpayment is required for orders worth Php30,000 and above. The production process will only begin once payment has been settled. Should the client/customer fail to pay on time, the brand reserves the right to make adjustments in the schedule if necessary. 

SHIPPING TERMS

Free shipping for orders worth Php10,000 and above.

Please give 5-7 days allowance for deliveries outside Metro Manila and Iloilo City.
